April 15, 1572 . . . . is the month, day and year designated by the committee quarterbacked by The Gonz, when the province was chartered.
Well, the gonzlinger should stand up and explain to us how he came down to this explosive and . . . deep-witted conclusion?
We, the inquiring minds are hoping – this event was not snatched from thin air while drinking like fishes with his – beerkada – Jun “Down ‘n Out” Velasco, Al “Freeloader” Mendoza, and the “Lesser Evil” Espin-off.

You never mentioned in your editorial or Punchline the importance of this event.
