Why not? 
Because hindi pa tumatakbo ang tatalo kay Mayor Castaneda sa
 pagka-mayor?

Life is like physics,
 what goes up must come down, you can not stay on top forever, that is reality, my friends.

Great empires like Babylonians, Assyrians, 
Persians, Greeks and the mighty Romans declines. Only the kingdom of God endures forever. Amen!!

My father predicted he will equal 
the feat of the late Mayor Benito
 Manuel, undefeated in Lingayen
 mayoralty election but it will be
 up for grabs next election 2013.
 Lingayen shall not allow the Castanedas to rule the town like a fiefdom.

Let us see what happens. 
”Vox populi, vox dei”. Occupying an
 electoral position depends on blessings from above and the people unless you have blessings of the likes of Garcillano and Lintang Bedol.
