Re: The physics of politics
If you want to own a fishpond in Binmaley, Pangasinan, all you have to do is bribe the Assistant Registrar in Lingayen for P200,000.00 pesos and he can change the title of your father’s fishpond.
This is what happened to my inheritance from my father’s fishpond. My brother, changed the title of my father’s fishpond as a donation to him by my parents with the help of the Assistant Registrar in Lingayen with the fake signatures of my parents.
Now, my lawyer, who is my cousin in Dagupan City, wants me to go home to testify at the Prosecutor office in Dagupan, so they can file a criminal charge against my brother. I don’t have the time to go home, because I have a business here in California since 1980 and there’s no way, I will waste my time to go home, just to testify against my brother.
The problem here is, you have a corrupt official’s at the Registrar Office in Lingayen, who is doing an illegal business changing the title of your property for a price of P200,000.00 pesos and no one can touch him. This is the reason my brother did it.
The Prosecutor office in Dagupan City already knows what happened with my father’s fishpond in Naguilayan, Binmaley and still they want me to go home to testify. I don’t understand why they can not arrest this Assistant Registrar who falsified the title document of my Father’s fishpond for a bribe of more than P200,000.00 pesos by my brother.
Your Judicial system is a Big BS. This is the reason, I don’t invest my money in our country, because you have no protection at all from the law.
