I would like to extend my thanks to Mayor Jonas Castaneda and Gov. Amado Espino for making Lingayen, one of the best not only in Pangasinan but the whole country as well.

We the Lingayanons and Pangasinenses in general still need these two gentlemen.

Keep up the good work and May our Lord help you to be in good health always.
