The relief of project manager Menez is just appropriate and proof that he has no good reason to explain or defend his side why he unilaterally decided to discharge the San Roque Dam’s excess water that resulted in the deluge in Pangasinan.
To remain quiet is prudent. If one is not being told to talk, don’t voice out your side. It is better to be quiet than to make matter worse by telling something in court that could be used against him and aggravate his present case.
Less talk, less mistakes. No talk, no mistake. Let us not forget our common sense in dealing with everyday problem by knowing first the possible outcome and take the consensus of the concern or authority.
May our God Almighty abide in us always in the name of Jesus Christ. Mabuhay ang Filipino.
