We highly recommend that the police be on full alert during New Years Day and the fire department, to tour around the city or stay at a strategic point to enable it to respond quickly to any untoward incident.
They must also provide or control the lighting of firecrackers in vicinity of residents’ houses and to interrogate those who light firecrackers indiscriminately and outside their homes. Any suspicious looking character who light firecrackers outside their homes should be arrested.
Kailangan natin ng police lookout during New Year’s Eve. Dapat may naka assign sa mga delikadong lugar at mag lagay ng spotlight sa police patrol para mahabol at mahuli agad ang may kasalanan.
