Re: MC Adore building unsafe for occupancy
It would be better for the Mc Adore building to be demolished.
Thus, it will give the city an open space for sunshine along the vicinity and brighten the environment.
It is no longer practical for occupancy as it would incur skyrocketing expenses for renovation.
With due respect to the UP urban planners, I believe that our local engineers and proper consensus and consulting with the leaders in Dagupan City, and people in Dagupan are the best planners.
Bakit pa tayo kukuha pa ng mga Urban planners? Mag-ikot at tingnan ang kapaligiran at para masabi natin kung ano ang dapat ilagay sa lugar.
Ang pag aayos ng siyudad ay parang bahay natin yan. Kung ano dapat ang ilagay sa isang lugar para maaliwalas ang kapaligirian.
Common sense.
