Hi Mr. Ceralde,
Yes, it will take one century or more to obtain justice in the Philippines for a civil case. My parents won the case, and they already passed away, but the respondent is still appealing the case to the higher court now, because they don’t want to pay.
Now, it’s in my name now, because I inherited the property and I have to continue the fight. While I am ready to give up, my parents lawyer said we have to continue to qt least recover the tons of money we already spent on this case for 40 years now.
