Re: VM Belen hits Lim for MC Adore purchase

The Mc Adore Hotel is not even conducive for tourists and travelers alike who will spend night and rest because of the present location and market smell.
 It would be better to be demolish it in order to give way to light and better view and serve as a parking lot for the meantime until such time the right concept is accepted.

Mc Adore has a very negative energy flow in the City and same with the vacant lot of the former Merchant Marine School adjacent to Luzon Colleges.

Before you think of a project, think first about how the energy flows in the city.
 Invite business tycoons to the city in order to create job and let our city be rediscovered. Let the freedom of enterprise be practiced for the benefit of the consumers.
