Integrity, on what?

Re: A New Year of Integrity
So goes the high-ended call of Mr. Bishop Socrates B. Villegas.
As the newly installed sheep-herder of Lingayen-Dagupan, he started with flamboyance like any robed enforcer of the Vatican.
Integrity for 2010? Integrity on what?
Is he questioning the administration of the not-so-affable Oscar Cruz, who in every turn was on a head-on collision with Malacanang?
With his quixotic pursuit of jueteng . . . he lost big time until he retired with his cassock covering his face in shame?
Did Mr. Bishop Villegas look at Rev. Oscar as a corruptible man of the cloth, when he poked his nose in politics, that he has no business with in whatever reason he’d in mind?
The upside . . .
The diocese could start fresh with a mild mannered bishop . . . so I heard . . . who will take anything put on his plate, anything shoved down his throat to maintain the status quo.
Don’t rock the boat Mr. Bishop, but wait till you capsize to drown.
The downside . . .
From the get-go he grabbed the foot of Christ and clung to that everlasting devotion telling the people, it’s the only way to salvation.
But, he did not tell the gullible, the unsophisticated, that taking Christ as a sanctuary . . . is only for scoundrels!
