Dr. Agbayani’s withdrawal to help her husband must not be enough to convince the Pangasinenses to vote for her husband because during those years that her husband was the governor, the health infrastructures and facilities were left to deteriorate. As a medical doctor and the wife of the governor, health care should have been a priority. Instead, it took the Governor Spines whose wife is a nurse to prioritize health care for the Pangasinenses. Are the Pangasinenses stupid to put back a non-performing governor? Just compare the accomplishment, do not be misled.
