Being a true Filipino is in the heart! Yes, I firmly assert it. But, let us not forget that we were colonized before by foreigners so our blood varies from different countries. 
 We only hail from the Philippines that is why we are called Filipinos.

FOR ME A TRUE FILIPINO IS NOT ONLY IN THE HEART BUT IN MIND, ACTION AND SPIRIT.
