Is that for real? 3 stories high sa Dagupan, if the dam breaks? Can you give me the formula on how you came up with this? What is the dam’s water volume? That can’t be. Before that happens all the water would have drained to nearby Lingayen gulf. Which stories are you reporting about by the way? That your report is 3 stories high? Exaggerated.
