Between the two evils, I’ll take Gov. Espin-off anytime, anyplace.
Victor Agbayani was tested as governor for 9 long years for nothing. He was a disaster!
The most indicative achievement he did of late, was erecting the statue of his late father Aguedo in front of the capitol in complete disregard of his predecessors.
As of Espin-off, he’s not flawless in his search for perfection, but there are significant improvements in the management of provincial affairs like in the . . . medical . . . educational . . . agricultural sectors.
Though, he’s surrounded by rats, roaches and the unimaginable stigma of political hacks, I think he’s doing just fine.
