A wrong motive for women in politics

It is sad, but I really don’t see the entry of the new group of ladies as a move to seek an elected office so they can contribute to the betterment of the city and the province.

Rather, they are being pushed into the arena to perpetuate their family names’ influence that comes with being involved in politics. These families have so much businesses and assets that they need to be continually in power to protect them. Why do you think GMA still want to be a representative?
