Sad to say that the past administration was not practical. Expenses were their priority unlike Mayor Fernandez who thinks of people first before expenditures. The number one criterion in selecting a good leader is practical and the second is frugal. It is the basic characteristic of a head of the family. Mabuhay ang Pilipino,
