Re: Blame climate change
Bringing these jerkos R. Redublado and V. Garcia of the NPC before the Dagupan City Council peopled by corrupt and vainglorious officials asking irrelevant questions, is an exercise in stupidity.
Hiding behind the Al Gorean principle of climate change, though it’s acceptable in its unproven setting, these officials can claim ignorance every time a natural disaster happens.
While the City Council was looking for the needle in a haystack – it amounts to grandstanding to show something is being done in Dagupan, however lame the reason, notwithstanding the fact, they turned a blind eye to the – fish pens – that did damage to the city’s flooding.
Shortsightedness is the game!
With rats at City Hall the likes of Alvin \Chipmunk\ Fernandez, Farah \Wide Eyed\ Decano, Neto \Joey, the Clown\ Tamayo and the rest of this brainless wild bunch of incompetence and inebriation, they should have known before calling these boors to answer idiotic queries wasting time, that it was not \climate change\ the culprit.
They could have zeroed-in in the Flip Wilsonian loosey-goosey . . . . the devil made ’em do it!
