Thanks for your offer of assistance. This is just another option I was trying to do. We do have aluminum boats each in the neighborhood but are sinkable.
A storm surge of 120 mph can cause a wave in the lake and eventually will overtop the dam for a possible flood condition in our area. The boat I was making floated alright but still has to be tested on a rampaging water condition.
