Re: Dredging continues but flooding can’t be stopped

Could anyone out there make sense of this article? For one, why would establishments be using generators instead of pumps to flush out the water? Then it reports about the dredging being conducted by the city of which they reported that it would still flood the city. So why are they dredging the rivers then if they do not believe in the work they are doing?

Come on Dagupenoes, question your officials why they are spending your money if there will be no benefit except to show that they are doing something.

This article did not articulate the benefit of the dredging except to show the governor who needs a dredging machine that it is operational and ready for sale.
