To all concerned citizens, let us open our minds regarding the devastation created by San Roque dam during Typhoon Pepeng.
Decommissioning of San Roque dam is the best alternative way to prevent the repetition of flooding mostly of central Luzon and nearby western and eastern.
If we have alternative source of energy, let it be so. Solar or wind are the best sources of energy.
