I just found this article in Google, and I’m surprised to see my grandpa’s name.. I think my Uncle Antonio Arzala Jr. was a cyclist too but I don’t remember what year (he passed away a couple of years ago, he was a police man in Manila). Nice to know Philippines still has the best riders. Thank you…
