These mayors especially Perez of Urdaneta must be high on something for saying that Urdaneta will be flooded with a “ten (10) story high flood level”. I do not expect people with properly functioning brains to assert such ridiculous magnitude of flooding unless he was just trying to impress his stupid voters.
My friend said that it is possible Perez thinks the other mayors and those in attendance are also that stupid. Imagine yourself being one of those in attendance and you hear such stupid discussions.
Think about it, they have the stomach to swallow the BS.
