 when reporting a calamity. Look at the other countries’ victim of calamities, picture full-blown 
in the media & newspapers guarantee aids from overseas.

We here abroad expect to see the pictures of the effect of the calamity by your local newspaper that has a first hand knowledge of what happened.

We love our town, and we care, and can plan what we can do with the guidance of the local government.
