Keeping the corruption machinery intact

Flood control, Highways, Bridges, Roads and School Repairs:
Only few projects that are beneficial to the public may be accomplished immediately but haphazardly such as the repair and restoration of roads, schools and bridges.
The equally important flood control projects which must include demolition of all fish pens and illegal structures along the rivers and waterways prior to dredging will never happen, only pointing fingers and blame game. Projects of all sorts will be promised and partially started during the campaign season and the majority of the stupid voters will believe these corrupt officials.
The corruption machinery will remain in excellent operation and no one will be accused or convicted and poor Juan de la Cruz will remain poor and hungry.
