1.45 million voters of Pangasinan:
How many are literate, how many are corrupt, and how many of these voters can be bought?
The big numbers are not important for a better Pangasinan, it is the number of well informed voters that matters. I believe they are few and that is what the present crop of politicians like very much-mas maraming bobong botante para makuha ang boto ng pakantakanta, pasayawsayaw, paboksingboksing, pabilibili, papogipogi, paracketracket, at iba pa. The majority of the people deserve it and it appears to be irreversible.
Anyone knows what is the highest form of public service?
