JDV’s action is for the morons just like when he bought fire fighting equipment and personal protective equipment for the fire department in Dagupan instead of enacting legislation for the protection of those who are trapped in their homes or residence during fire like what happened to his daughter-the needed provision in the National Building Code requiring the proper design, construction, and installation of security grilles just like those in the USA.
As a legislator, his action should focus on legislation regulating the operation of DAMS and criminalizing improper operation, nationalizing the control of and the ban of all obstructions along the waterways such as fish pens, and the necessary appropriation to accomplish the intent of such legislation.
Unfortunately his “Mickey mouse show off” is what the stupid majority likes to see.
