Yes sir I agree with you. We really have to go back to basics. And a lot of common sense too! The dam is not the culprit but those people who operate it.

I also agree that Guv Spines must go all the way to find out who’s responsible even if it means up to the top. It’s his legacy to the people of Pangasinan.
