Is it cheaper to have people floats to the China Sea than building this expensive innovation Dagupan could do without?

It could be a dream moneymaker if these devilishly clever policy makers of Dagupan are given the chance to dismantle the less-expensive fish pens, and replace it with something the Land bank of the Philippines is willing and salivating to subsidize.

With Alipio and son Alvin at the helm, and the former scambags of The Benjie on board riding shotgun – you betcha it could be one hell of a ride Dagupan to remember.

Let’s cross finger, it will not be another homemade dirty bomb exploding on Dagupan.
