Culture of exploitation

Re: A Kabaleyan’s Thoughts
Hallo Roy,
I find your writing biased and finds very little fault with the Philippine culture. The underlying feeling behind many of the smiles is a passive aggressive character, especially with the poorer people. People smile more as coping mechanism, outwardly happy people are more likely to be given something than somebody who doesn’t look happy.
Filipinos are employed abroad firstly because they are cheap, secondly because they speak English, the fact that they smile is a bonus.
Roy you embellish your culture too much and do not see the wrongs. Before the Philippines advances, it has too recognize its failings and this is difficult in a culture where making a mistake is a loss of face.
The Philippines has to stop being a culture of exploitation and get rid of its slave mentality, then it will become one of the best nations in the world.
Take Care Our World Belongs too Us All.
