“Once upon a time this site used to be a dumpsite is the conversation,” we would hear families visiting Bonuan Boquig Park 10 years from now.
Nice plan to cap the Bonuan dumpsite and rehab it to convert it into a water park. The one you observed in Korea must have been a non-hazardous material site that they did not have to seal the area of contaminants and water pollutants. No expensive remediation process or methods utilized to cleanup the site.
I wish Bonuan dumpsite is a clean site, a natural organic trash dump so we could just bury this nightmare in Bonuan. But then growing up years ago in the area, the trash trucks that sped so fast in front of our house sometimes spilled oil slug. Nobody cared then because it was only two o’clock in the morning.
Should we wake up people now?
