Gonz, you stated that the ‘Penguin’ (GMA) has done well for the country.

Can you explain why there are functionally illiterate Filipinos numbering 11 millions and increasing, and the country is becoming one of the most corrupt country in the world? The country fared well economically in spite of the worst world economic crisis because of OFWs, not because of her economic policies.

Tell the readers also the Penguin’s lie in her recent SONA about building 95,000 classrooms because no one knows where they are.
