GMA’s dagdag-bawas management style

Mr. Chito Soriano:
What is there that Mr. Delfin has to explain if you really understand plain and simple English? Using the Penguin’s “dagdag-bawas principle”, binawas niya yong leadership and management ability na napag-aralan sa USA at nagdagdag ng corrupt at iwas pusoy na abilidad. Always in starting mode, like her usual pronouncements- “I will stop corruption: I will crush the Abu Sayaff, blah, blah.”
But seriously, not all US educated people possess the leadership and management ability or all of that ability is cancelled out once they are part or condone corruption. Most corrupt McDonald or 7-11 store managers do not exist because their managers are replaced immediately.
I hope the Filipinos will change to have the guts and the morality to do that from the baranggay level all the way to the top. The highest form of public service is sorely needed in the Philippines.
