Dear Sir!
Just wanna share some insights even if you continue to ignore me because of my odd name.
1. I agree with Mr. Carrera that there is a saying “little knowledge is dangerous”. A patient died because treatment was administered by the nurse who copied what he saw from a doctor.
2. The city government for so many years paid so much for the environmental consultant that never was. This self-proclaimed “environmentalist” also receives + or – 20k/mo. salary from the city government while at the same time receiving fat checks also from the provincial government, other municipalities, power plant and take note honorarium for every meeting of EMT (environmental monitoring team) which is again there never was.
3.Proclamation 98 that never was because of politicians with garbage ideas. It could have been the pride of Dagupan and the whole Pangasinan if it’s not dumped with nonconforming land use for the area (dump site, squatter colonies, jail, cemetery, prostitution dens and a lot of nonconforming structures). And take note: ALL THESE STRUCTURES DON’T HAVE BUILDING PERMITS except for the Central Bank.
4. The area really stinks. Ang pinakamalaking basura sa lugar ay ang office ng CENRO, bulok na bulok, walang kuwenta.
