Hollywood has its honorary mayor officiating the walk of fame induction. So will Sec Ronaldo Puno now officiate the walk of shame at the induction of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan board members?

At least in the dream town of fantasy Hollywood those who get inducted earned theirs.
