Mr. Jun Velasco:
Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s letter before calling it quits, is thought provoking for those who are endowed with honesty and the truth.
To tell and shout to the world; I am sorry . . . forgive me . . . are admissions you’re human after all.
How about you, Jun Velasco?
With all the garbage you wrote about, with all the lies you told us we never heard you asking for clemency.
We never saw you on your knees begging for amnesty, that mistakes were made and you seemed indestructible. That we will let you get away with it.
Not in your wildest dreams.
Be a man! Be somebody like what you flaunted standing up to Marcos.
Stand up old man . . . and stop taking us for a wild ride every time.
Force yourself to express them!
