It’s not about global warming

Dear Mr. Mayor Fernandez,
Please tell me where you received your degree in climatology? It amazes me that a person of your intelligence would be susceptible to the Al Gore school of global warming.
First- This year the average temperature in the U.S. has been one of the coldest in history. If global warming were a fact we in the U.S. would be deluged in water since we are farther north in latitude than the P.I.
Second- Last year dire predictions of multiple hurricanes of cataclysmic proportions would hit the U.S. due to global warming. Much less than average made landfall.
Three- According to NASA and the National Weather Bureau the earth’s average temperature has been in a cooling for the last 11 years.
Please Mr. Mayor, put the blame where it really belongs- the sea level of the city (1 meter above sea level) and a sewage system which badly in need of repairs.
