Height is might in cycling

Re: Sports Eye
On cycling front, European and American cyclists, because of their heights, are using 54 x 12 or 56 x 13 gearings during their individual time trial practice runs. To enhance their stamina, they always do their runs against the wind. There are very few UCI-rated cyclists of Filipino heights that are making good in the European pelotons, these are Leipheimer, Doumoline and Allan Davis.
Again, even in cycling height is might. In Asia, the tall Kazakhs and Iranians riders who have experience in riding against the best in the world pelotons, will always be a force in cycling to reckon with in Asia.
