Looking at the set-up of the Pangasinan Association of Canada -PACA – it wouldn’t be surprising to Pangasinenses . . . how these Pinoys are in complete disarray.
Without doubt this Pinoy mentality affects everybody all over the US and Canada. It’s gerrymandering, an attitude to separate each other, stepping on everybody’s toes, pulling anybody down becoming vainglorious, that will not bring respect and success to these people who are like cattle being taken to the slaughterhouse.
Case in point!
In Canada, you have two competing associations membered by idiots. On the one hand, the PACA -Pangasinan Association OF Canada towed by . . . Quentin Palisoc . . . from Urbiztondo, a self-proclaimed leader trying hard to guide a ragtag band of incompetents.
On the other hand, you have the Pangasinan Association of North America-Canada, a bunch of misfits managed by one . . . Lolita Tablang . . . from San Manuel – intending to outperform, outrun any pretender who’s going to be on top of the rotten heap of fractured and misguided leaderships.
And to proclaim to the naive Pinoys what kind PANA-Canada is made of, Tablang with no apparent effort acquired free of charge, a couple of obsolete dialysis machines from the Health Services of Toronto and shipped to San Manuel.
The hitch . . .
Who will use these machines taken from the dumpster, which Toronto Health deemed rubbish?
