Airports, seaports, Atlantis and ferry boat service projects are big dreams of those whose advisers are either idiots, have very limited mental capacity or were being used by people whose ulterior motive is not for the public benefit or welfare.
This is very obvious on the proposed ferry boat service, and the proponents thought the people do not know who the real backers are.
Governor Spines knew the motive of the backers so he just went ahead and bought those tour buses. But the real reason why it did not materialize is because of that big event.
