The only relevant statement is this:
Dagupan’s elevation is just two inches above sea level.
Common sense dictates that the topography would surely change after a large scale earthquake, however, the fact that Dagupan City is basically sea level is the root cause.
Lets stop speaking about and blaming everything on a fallacy that is called global warning. Pinatubo put more ‘stuff” in the air in one day than humans can put in 20 years.
The rivers should continue to be dredged and roads and buildings should not be built in flood plains.
