No bullets

Arroyo’s all out war with the ABSG with the brilliant Defense Secretary Teodoro strategy is up there with the history books.
In Mao’s red book it was written that he was successful with his insurgency with the abundant military supplies of the government. All he had to do was raid the government armory.
In Teodoro’s and Arroyo’s war with ABSG, according to Senator Escudero, the military is in critical shape not even the basic bullets are available to the field soldiers, none in the battalion level and have not had bullets in the armory depot for a year now, he said in the news.
So if the ABSG needs bullets, better not look at the government because they have none. What a way to fight. Did they consult the book of Mao or the “Art of War” by the other Chinese tactician?
