YOUR GRACE,

Since you were the one who ordained Fr. Panlilio and as a Bishop with co-equal rights to all bishops, would you give Fr. Panlilio a dispensation?

From what we understand, he remains celibate (single) and has not stolen a single centavo and he is following his conscience. Although he violated a canon – Did not
Jesus Christ also violated the law so many times, like performing miracles on the Sabbath, eating food meant for the temple, and others?
