To Mr. Gonzalo Duque:
You must be Arroyo’s full-pledged propagandist. Singing high praises to Arroyo who heads the second most corrupt government in Asia would have you compared to Herr Goebbels.
Arroyo is an arrogant little woman who does not have any idea what leadership is. And where are, may I ask, the multi billion dollars investment packages? Or is it a figment of your overactive imagination?
May I suggest that you take a break buttering up to Arroyo and look around you.
