Well . . . well . . . well !

Gov.Espin-off is aghast, bewildered, surprised at what he saw when he took an ocular inspection of that accursed Bureau of Penology jail at Dagupan?

He’s pulling your leg Ermin Garcia Jr.

Known to almost everybody this clinker located at Tondaligan by the “trumpeted” tourist attraction of Bonuan Beach is a joke of LinGulf proportions.

And now Espin-off’s attention got caught in the maelstrom of politics where his vision for Pangasinan is blinded by the crown on his head, that covers all reason and the truth.

How about the discharged of raw sewage at the back of Urduja, a building so dilapidated it is an eyesore affecting the much ballyhoed Capitol Building where the rats and roaches of Pangasinan wizzle-wazzle calls home?

Let me draw blood on the sanitation and environmentally unsafe problem at the footsteps of Espin-off’s domain.

I mentioned this before, that when you walk the beach off the Capitol Building, you will notice three (3) ditches dug going to the sea. One, at the back of Urduja is used to discharge filth coming from Barangay Libsong West and the other two further west is for the sewage coming from downtown Lingayen thru a canal by Alvear street.

So, what happened Gov. Espin-off? You let go this problem just to placate your a-go-go Mayor Ernesto “Jonas” Castaneda who is known for sleeping on the job.

And you, too, Jonas Castaneda, Libsong West is flooded. People are swimming in garbage. Two weeks after the heavy rains still water remains.

Before you go to San Francisco this coming Aug, 15th with your favorite lapdogs . . . Sam Rosario of Binmaley and Jonas Castaneda . . . to be the guest speaker of BCHS golden reunion, Mr. Gov., look at this problem first not your penchant of fooling around with your wife, at the expense of the taxpayers of Pangasinan.
