Pangasinenses missing job opportunities

It is sad that in spite of the very attractive salaries ($13 up to $30.88 per hour for carpenters) for OFWs who will be lucky to be hired to work in Guam, the present provincial administration is not making any effort for our fellow Pangasinenses.
