Is expropriation the same as acquisition of land by the city government through imminent domain?
The city dumpsite in Tondaligan is so far the only solution to the waste disposal of the city. Unless smarter people can help solve the problem within the reach of the city’s resources then it could have been cleared and cleaned out.
There are a lot of waste site options, especially technological breakthroughs in waste treatment and containment but it still goes back to the “not in my backyard mentality” when it comes to dumpsites. Is it just to clear and clean out Tondaligan dumnpsite now without a viable alternative?
