To be legal and historically authentic, the date . . . April 15, 1572 . . . should be the founding of Pangasinan as chartered by the late Spanish Governor General Juan de Silva.
It’s of form and substance accordingly as to the declaration of Philippine Independence by Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo at Kawit, had been adopted canceling July 4, 1946 as granted by the Yankees.
Anything than this date . . . April 15, 1572 . . . is idiotic and fraudulent.
