Jose Ceralde,

I got hold of two books by Lee Strobel within the last 2 years and they were: “The Case for a Creator” and “The Case for the Real Jesus”. I decided to read “The Case for a Creator” first because of a statement that Lee Strobel had at the back of the book wherein he said “My road to Atheism was paved by science…but, ironically so was my later journey to God”. I was intrigued by this as I wanted to find out what goes in the mind of one who does not believe in God, what his scientific reasons were if any and compare notes with my own experience especially during my period of doubt. Due to time constrains and after more a year, I am just in the process of reading the second book “The case for the Real Jesus”.

I have not read the book “The Case for Christ” by Lee Strobel if you are referring to that so I could not share any highlights. However, if you are asking what my personal opinions are and what my beliefs are of the biblical Jesus…I would be happy to share them…I just need to understand if this is so.

You mentioned that you will be coming to San Diego today. I am scheduled to be in town the whole week this week and would like to meet you for lunch or dinner as I have not have met in person as of yet a fellow Forum reader and poster. You may request the Forum Moderator for my e-mail address (I just don’t want to post my contact information for all to see on this posting) and e-mail me your contact information and schedule while in San Diego so I could get hold of you to sync our schedules.

Enjoy reading the book as I did…it is on my list of must read.
