Happy new year to all.

I’m from San Jacinto, Pangasinan but presently working here in Singapore. I hope you can help me and my family leaving there in San Jacinto with the problems they are encountering right now with those barangay officials who are very biased when it comes to justice.

Just like what happened recently when one of the sons of the kagawad just attacked my family celebrating their new year, holding his batuta and was drunk, just because he was annoyed with the paputoks that my brothers were lighting. C’mon, it’s New Year.

He created that trouble until they called the barangay captain, unfortunately it wasn’t settled at all as this son of the kagawad said to the kapitan: ‘kapitan ka lang dito.’

I hope this will help us thru your kindness as there are a lot of troubles the family is crating for us.

And by the way, the name of the kagawad is Pilar Dacanay and her son is Cesar Dacanay.
