Wanted: ‘hard-charging’ PNP director

The PNP provincial command under Dir. Barba is crippled and lacks the ability to solve the Rosueller murder case. It’s been dragging for too long building a case, no leads but cartographic of suspects. We need a hard- charging PNP director to track down the criminals every step of the way from the crime scene to their likely hideouts (kins or close associates). The crime appears more on the mayoralty race becoming a round-robin family dynasty than profiteering. Not this ‘rich and influential’ as reported wanting a piece on the ice cake. Ang layo naman yan.
